Our private swimming pool is 40 m² and so is larger than standard pools, it is fully heated and filtered which is controlled in the pool room which is accessed by steps to the front of the house

The pool has a shallow end for safety puposes and is 1.8m deep at the other end so it is ideal for some excercise swimming as well as for children to swim. Included in the sale is a pool cover and roller plus all the tools needed for cleaning and maintenance. The pool is surrounded by generous sunbathing space in which you can benefit from the sunbeds that we are including in the sale. These are some of many items that are to be included in the sale.
