The cosy living room has a built in log burner, radiators and a tv feed from the sky+ system.

The kitchen is fitted with a built in electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. It also contains a breakfast bar and you will find a microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

An internal utility room contains a washing machine, condensor tumble dryer, double stainless steel sink and the gas fired combi boiler.

The Dining room is located off the living room. It has 3 large windows to allow for a panoramic view of the coast and surrounding area whilst you are eating. It currently contains a 6 seater pine dining table and matching sideboard which are optional purchase items with the house.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total, the first is an ensuite off the master bedroom containing bath, shower, vanity unit, wc and bidet. There is a guest wc and wash basin off the living room. The second bathroom is on the lower floor for use by the other bedrooms and this has a wc, large walk in shower and wash basin.
